Cookie Monster Rocks!
You don’t need to go to Sesame Street to find Cookie Monster. When split in half, this rock looks just like him! It’s a gemstone called an agate. These rocks have colors that create unusual patterns.
This agate was found last November in Brazil, a country in South America. In January, its owner posted a video online. Even Cookie Monster was shocked. He tweeted: “Me no geologist, but me think dat rock look a lot like me . . .”
